Client Overview:

We are currently partnering with a growing, well-established staffing firm based in the Andover, MA area seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and strengthen internal hiring efforts. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who understands how recruiting strategy directly impacts revenue, production, and long-term growth.


💼 Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead internal hiring efforts for Recruiter and Sales talent. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to support ongoing growth by strengthening recruiting strategy, improving visibility into hiring performance, and aligning talent acquisition efforts with broader business objectives. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands how internal hiring directly impacts production, revenue, and long-term organizational success.


🚀 Key Responsibilities

  • 🎯 Lead full-cycle internal recruiting for Recruiter and Sales roles
  • 📈 Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and hiring forecasts
  • 📊 Enhance and formalize recruiting metrics aligned with sales performance and growth objectives
  • 🔎 Improve visibility into key hiring indicators such as time-to-fill, time-to-ramp, retention, and quality-of-hire
  • 🌐 Strengthen sourcing strategies and build proactive talent pipelines
  • 🧩 Support structured interview and evaluation processes
  • 🤝 Collaborate with hiring managers to align candidate profiles with performance expectations
  • ⚡ Contribute to onboarding alignment to support faster recruiter ramp and long-term success


✅ Qualifications

📌 3-5+ years of recruiting and lead/management experience, ideally within a staffing or agency environment

💼 Experience hiring recruiters and/or sales professionals

📉 Strong understanding of performance-driven environments

📊 Comfortable working with hiring metrics and business performance indicators

🗣 Strong communication skills with executive-level stakeholders

🧠 Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution

Our client, a well-established financial institution, is seeking a Mortgage Loan Underwriter who combines strong technical underwriting skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys evaluating a wide variety of loan products, making sound credit decisions, and partnering with colleagues to help borrowers achieve their homeownership goals.


🔍 What You'll Be Doing

• Review and underwrite residential mortgage and consumer loan applications
• Analyze credit, income, assets, liabilities, and collateral
• Issue approvals, denials, and loan commitments within established authority
• Ensure compliance with lending guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Review appraisals and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Partner with loan originators and processors to improve loan quality and streamline the lending process
• Manage a consistent pipeline while meeting service and turnaround expectations
• Support secondary market activities, including pricing, commitments, and loan delivery


✅ What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage underwriting experience
• Associate's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience underwriting a variety of residential loan products, including conventional, FHA, MassHousing, construction, and other specialized mortgage programs
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines and regulations
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Professional communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Someone who values relationship building, contributes positively to company culture, and enjoys working closely with colleagues across departments
