🔹 Hydraulic, Pneumatic & Filtration Components
🔹 Adhesives, Sealants & O-Rings
🔹 Fluid Connectors for Aerospace, Transportation, Energy & more
Inside Sales Reps are key players in the organization — partnering closely with Outside Sales Managers to support customers, grow accounts, and keep the sales engine running smoothly.
📞 Handle inbound leads & outbound sales calls/emails
🔍 Research companies & qualify prospects
📊 Identify customer trends & share insights
🗂️ Maintain CRM records & sales data
🚚 Coordinate orders between customers & manufacturers
🎓 Attend training, skill-building & product education sessions
💬 Quote pricing, explain features/benefits & close orders
📦 Assist with inventory & database upkeep
📈 Support the sales pipeline with proactive communication
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in business (preferred, not required)
💼 1–3 years of sales experience (required)
🗣️ Strong written & verbal communication skills
💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
