🎯 Your Role: Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales Reps are key players in the organization — partnering closely with Outside Sales Managers to support customers, grow accounts, and keep the sales engine running smoothly.


🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

📞 Handle inbound leads & outbound sales calls/emails
🔍 Research companies & qualify prospects
📊 Identify customer trends & share insights
🗂️ Maintain CRM records & sales data
🚚 Coordinate orders between customers & manufacturers
🎓 Attend training, skill-building & product education sessions
💬 Quote pricing, explain features/benefits & close orders
📦 Assist with inventory & database upkeep
📈 Support the sales pipeline with proactive communication


👀 What We’re Looking For

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in business (preferred, not required)
💼 1–3 years of sales experience (required)
🗣️ Strong written & verbal communication skills

About Our Client:

Established over 60 years ago, our client is a worldwide industrial distributor and fabricator specializing in:

  • Supplying Aerospace, Construction, Pharmaceutical, and Energy Markets


Your Role: Outside Sales Manager

We’re looking for a driven and energetic Outside Sales Manager who loves the thrill of hunting new business and building lasting customer relationships. You’ll focus on selling hydraulic and industrial products to both existing and prospective customers.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Contact and cultivate relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Recommend products based on customer needs and applications
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing
  • Research prospects and prepare detailed call reports
  • Prepare and close sales contracts
  • Coordinate product delivery and installations
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints with urgency and professionalism
  • Stay sharp on new products through ongoing training and development


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Industrial Distribution and/or Outside Sales (preferred)
  • Hydraulic sales experience (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and listening skills
  • Solid ability to build rapport and influence others
  • High school diploma (required); some college (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
