Growing up in the quiet, tight-knit communities of Palmer and New Braintree, Massachusetts, Rachel always felt the pulse of hard work and dedication. Raised by a Springfield police officer and a teacher, she learned early on the importance of serving others and making a difference. While her parents’ divorce brought its own set of challenges, those formative years instilled in her resilience, adaptability, and a strong sense of purpose and work ethic. 

After graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor’s degree, Rachel dove headfirst into the staffing industry. Over the next two decades, she carved out a successful career, working with two of the largest and most recognized staffing firms in the country—Oxford Global Resources and Barton Associates. As a recruiter and recruiting manager, she thrived, building relationships and matching talent with opportunity. Throughout this time, Rachel had several tremendous and impactful mentors whom she looked up to, helping shape her approach to leadership and success in recruiting and training. Her success didn’t go unnoticed, as she became a four-time Presidents Club winner, a testament to her ability to deliver results, lead teams, and navigate the fast-paced world of staffing. 

But Rachel always knew she wanted to do more—to create something of her own, something rooted in her love for Massachusetts and her desire to help businesses thrive. With 24 years of experience under her belt, she founded Meadows Staffing Group, a female-owned business based in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. Her vision was simple: to provide personalized staffing solutions for local businesses and strengthen the regional economy by connecting top-tier talent with employers who needed them. 

Today, Meadows Staffing Group stands as a beacon of expertise and dedication in New England. Drawing from Rachel's vast experience in recruiting, networking, communication, technology and training, the firm is quickly building a reputation for delivering tailored staffing solutions that help businesses grow.
