🏢 About the Role 

This is not a traditional back-office role. We value working managers who engage directly in operations while providing strategic oversight. The right candidate will not only manage processes but will also work alongside the team, lead by example, and help set a positive, productive tone for others onsite. 


🎯 Primary Function 

Oversee the finance and HR functions at the organization and ensure accurate financial accounting of site operations. 


📌 Key Responsibilities 

  • 🧾 Prepare monthly internal financials, including all journal entries and cash reconciliation 
  • 📑 Create monthly schedules for A/R, A/P, Inventory, and other key accounts to support trial balance 
  • 💸 Voucher non-trade A/P supplier invoices and process all supplier payments (ACH & checks) 
  • 📥 Oversee A/R functions and serve as a backup as needed 
  • 🕒 Manage payroll processing and administer benefits, onboarding, and HR tasks 
  • ✔️ Ensure compliance with finance and HR policies and procedures 

🎓 Education & Required Skills 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory accounting role (industrial environment preferred) 
  • Strong communication skills with customers, suppliers, management, and coworkers 
  • Excellent research and analytical skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel 
  • Ability to work independently, think strategically, and solve problems 
  • High level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality

We’re looking for a highly organized, energetic, and proactive individual to serve as a Personal Assistant / House Manager / Personal Driver. This dynamic role supports a fast-moving professional with responsibilities across multiple residences and an office. You’ll need to anticipate needs, juggle diverse tasks, and help keep everything running smoothly — from coordinating calendars to driving to event planning. 


🔑 Key Responsibilities 

🏡 Personal & Household Management 

  • Manage calendars and appointments (personal + household) 
  • Handle household bills with discretion and accuracy 
  • Keep residences and office neat, organized, and clutter-free 
  • Liaise with cleaning & maintenance teams 
  • Monitor household inventories and restock supplies 
  • Support college-aged children with schedule and logistics 


🚗 Driving & Vehicle Coordination 

  • Provide safe, timely transportation to work, events, and airports 
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and service schedule 
  • Track registration, inspections, and upkeep

 

🐶 Property & Animal Coordination 

  • Coordinate with farm and stable staff 
  • Oversee dog sitting and care logistics 
  • Track upkeep and supply needs for all properties 


🎉 Events & Hospitality 

  • Assist with planning and executing private and professional events 
  • Manage vendors, logistics, and guest coordination 
  • Provide on-site support and ensure seamless experiences 


Qualifications 

  • Valid driver’s license & excellent driving record 
  • Own vehicle (employer-provided vehicle available for work-related driving) 
  • Background check & references required 
  • Energetic, proactive, and thrives under pressure 
  • Experience in high-level support or household management is a plus 
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills 
  • Discreet and professional with firm boundaries and confidentiality 
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including nights/weekends/holidays 
  • Tech-savvy (Google Calendar, scheduling apps, task managers) 
  • Good credit score required (for financial & insurance responsibilities)
